2012 Tournament Fees



Registration fee : each team : 50 € - 4 teams : 150 € - 25 € by additional team.
More than 6 teams : 200 €






Accomodation prices :

• From friday evening to sunday afternoon :  Children 68 € - Adults 90 €

2 nights (please bring your sleeping bags) + 2 breakfasts + hot meal on saturday night + packed lunch for players, buffet for the adults on saturday and sunday lunch. Friday dinner is not included, please order it if you need (6 €)

• From saturday morning to sunday afternoon : Children 50 € - Adults 76 €

1 night (please bring your sleeping bags) + breakfast + hot meal on saturday night + packed lunch for players, buffet for the adults on sunday lunch.
Saturday lunch not included ! Please order it if you need (6 €)


We can supply take away cold lunches on sunday afternoon for the way back... (6€)


   


Terms and conditions :

deposit : 50 % of amount due on purchase,
the remaining 50% on the 9th of june 2012.

In case of cancellation :

-before 2012/02/16 we refund 100% of deposit

-before 2012/03/16 we will refund 80% of deposit

-before 2012/04/16 we will refund 50% of deposit

-before 2012/04/30 we will refund 30% of deposit
